House of Margot Opens in Yerevan

A new destination for refined dining and emotional storytelling, House of Margot opens its doors as FYM’s latest lifestyle hospitality concept.

FYM Hospitality Group officially opened House of Margot in Yerevan - a new hospitality concept where story, emotion, and refined aesthetics come together. More than a restaurant, Margot is an immersive environment designed for long conversations, thoughtful gatherings, and genuine hospitality.

Every detail - music, lighting, flow, and materials - has been carefully curated to create a balanced, sensorial experience. Developed entirely within the FYM Ecosystem, the project brought together the group’s strategic and creative arms:

Irregular Lab led architecture and interior design, shaping a calm space of natural textures and intuitive spatial flow.
Blank Bureau created the brand identity and communication system, establishing a visual and emotional tone across all guest touchpoints.
Mixxup secured and developed the location, ensuring strategic placement aligned with long-term value.

FYM Hospitality Group oversaw the entire project - from concept and brand strategy to guest journey design, service system planning, team training, and operations.
House of Margot reflects FYM’s signature philosophy: building hospitality brands that are rooted in system, culture, and experience. Now open in Yerevan, it stands as a new destination for intimate dining and emotional connection.
